The Excel file above contains hundreds of top-converting keywords for Public Records Pro. This keyword list is a profit-generating GOLDMINE. We plan to remove it from the site soon, so be sure to download and take advantage of it immediately!

Here are the groups of keywords:

  • Birth Records
  • Marriage Records
  • Divorce Records
  • Death Records
  • Pubic Records
  • Background Records
  • Genealogy
  • States

Important notes:

  1. Depending on the keyword you're advertising for, be sure to use the custom landing page links (found on the homepage of our affiliate center). This will result in higher conversions.
     
  2. Also included in the Excel file are NEGATIVE keywords for each group. Including these in your Google campaign will not only increase conversion rates, but also improve your quality score.
     
  3. The last tab in the keyword database file is called "State Keyword List Generator". This is a handy tool that lets you quickly generate long-tail keyword lists, without lots of manual work. Hope you like it.
